Postage will be by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. The item will need to be signed for and will only be delivered Monday to Friday. Only UK deliveries can be placed on the website. For international delivery contact the office for a quote. A £10.00 charge which includes insurance will be required to re-deliver a wetsuit in situations where the item was not delivered due to the fault of the customer. These situations are defined as:

1 - The item was not signed for because the customer was not present at the listed delivery address.
2 - The item could not be delivered because the address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete.

All Orders will be shipped 48 hours before the desired hire period begins, in order for the wetsuit to arrive in time. If a wetsuit is needed inside this timescale then please contact us via email and we will try and get the order shipped on a next day service (Please not there would be an additional charge for this service)
