Shipping & Handling
Postage will be by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service. The item will need to be signed for and will only be delivered Monday to Friday. Only UK deliveries can be placed on the website. For international delivery contact the office for a quote. A £10.00 charge which includes insurance will be required to re-deliver a wetsuit in situations where the item was not delivered due to the fault of the customer. These situations are defined as:
1 - The item was not signed for because the customer was not present at the listed delivery address.
2 - The item could not be delivered because the address provided by the customer was incorrect or incomplete.
All Orders will be shipped 48 hours before the desired hire period begins, in order for the wetsuit to arrive in time.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is still added and it is down to the individual to reclaim this back.
Guarantee
If you feel that you have been delivered a damaged product and wish to return it, please do so by filling out our returns form with a letter explaining the problem. Items may be exchanged for an alternative item in the same manner. Delivery costs of £9.99 will be charged to the customer if the problems results from them selecting the wrong size wetsuit. If you are sent out a suit that has some wear and tear damage to it, you will be notified by a drawing of the suit clearly marking the wear & tear.
Return Instructions
Your wetsuits need to be returned to the address below within 2 days of the agreed time of hiring the suit, otherwise it will result in an additional charge as described in the "Charges" section.

Your wetsuit should be clean and dry or a charge will be levied as described in the "Charges" section. Include your name and address so that we can identify the wetsuit. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the wetsuit.
Charges
The following points outline possible fines that could be charged to your card. No charge will be made before we contact you (by email) to inform you of our action.
1 - Dirty/Wet Cleaning: If your wetsuit is returned to us dirty or wet we will charge you £10.00.
2 - Damage: Each rip/tear or any other undue damage will be result in a charge of £10.00 per incident. Any wear or tear already made to the suit will not incur a charge, please contact us immediately if this is the case.
3 - Late or Non Return of Wetsuit: If your hire wetsuit is not in our possession by the end of the agreed hire term we will charge you for the outstanding value of the wetsuit, which will be a minimum of- £114.99.
If the wetsuit is subsequently returned this amount will be refunded minus a late charge as defined below:
If the wetsuit is returned to us less than 7 days late then you will be refunded £94.99.
If the wetsuit is returned to us between 7 and 13 days (inclusive) late you will be refunded £74.99.
For every 7 day period that the wetsuit is late an extra £40.00 will be taken from the refunded amount until such a point is reached where you will not be refunded for returning your wetsuit.
Cancellations & Refunds
We do not offer refunds on wetsuits returned early or unused.
We do not refund for wetsuits if the wetsuit hire is cancelled within 48 hours of the suit being hired out.
Any Orders cancelled up to 7 days before the hire date will incur a 10% restocking fee.
We do not accept any responsibility for circumstances in which the wetsuit hire is being cancelled.
This includes :-
The wetsuit has not been used due to an event that the wetsuit was going to be used for being cancelled or postponed
Any change in conditions resulting in the wetsuit not being used
